陶氏杜邦™（DowDuPont™，紐約證交所代碼：DWDP） 今日宣布，杜邦公司（DuPont）已正式完成收購 FMC 公司旗下的健康與營養事業部（FMC H&N）（不含 Omega-3 業務），同時完成向 FMC 出售杜邦部分作物保護事業部之資產。
此項交易案包括對杜邦公司約 16 億美元的價值補償，以反映兩項資產間的價值差異，其中包含 12 億美元現金及 4.25 億美元的營運資金。此資產剝離舉措是為了履行杜邦在 2017 年 8 月 31 日完成與陶氏（Dow）合併案時，針對法規監管審查所做出的承諾。

DowDuPont™ (NYSE:DWDP) today announced that DuPont has completed its acquisition of FMC Corporation’s Health & Nutrition business (FMC H&N), except for the Omega-3 business, and its divestment to FMC of a portion of DuPont’s Crop Protection business.
The transaction includes consideration to DuPont of $1.6 billion to reflect the difference in the value of the assets, including cash of $1.2 billion and working capital of $425 million. The divestiture satisfies DuPont’s commitments in connection with regulatory clearance of the merger with Dow, which was completed on August 31, 2017.
