終止 IFF 代理通知函

根據 International N&H USA, Inc., International N&H Mfg. Ireland, 及 IFF N&H Norway AS (統稱,「IFF」)發出的終止經銷通知， IFF Pharma Solutions 產品 (「產 品」) 授予茂世興業有限公司的經銷權將於 2025 年 3 月 31 日(「終止日期」)終 止。

Re: Notice of termination of IFF distribution
Dear Valued Customer,
As the notice of termination of distribution given by International N&H USA, Inc., International N&H Mfg. Ireland, and IFF N&H Norway AS (collectively, “IFF”), the distributorship with IFF Pharma Solutions products (the “Products”) will be terminated as of March 31, 2025 (the “Termination Date”).
As such, Material World Industrial Co., Ltd.’s right to sell or otherwise distribute the Products will be terminated as of the Termination Date.
As of the Termination Date, we will discontinue selling the Products and providing the service as the agent of IFF.
